If an artist truly wanted to preserve their own rights and property, then they wouldn't have posted it online anyway. Let's be real - artists post their work online because they want the attention and they crave it. Everything online is publicly available, and is classified for fair use. If you want to train your model to emulate a certain style, then you have the right to do so. Nobody complains when artists draw in other artists style.
