I mean, that is exactly what the people who made this show, and many of its defenders I've seen, genuinely believe.

They twists themselves in knots to avoid calling it racism, but I've seen them say basically exactly that countless times.

That last one is the "I think Coolsville sucks" joke, but unfunny.
