I followed the procedure for protesting it, since I felt it was unfair that I was getting ticketed for Jer May 23, 2003 parking in front of my own driveway, but I promptly lost and the ticket was deemed valid Several days ago, I noticed that the form that contained the result of my protest investigation had information for another appeal, so I resolved to write another detailed explanation and hope for the best. I realized, however, that they have absolutely no reason to forgive my ticket. They can stubbornly sit behind the letter of the law, despite the ridiculousness of giving someone a ticket for parking in front of their own driveway, with nothing to gain by revoking it, and money to gain by demanding it.
