This song served as inspiration for a lot of sport songs, the most common being "<i>[Insert name of the FC] este campaña volveremos a estar contigo</i>".
The most infamous sport chant based on this song is <i>Escuchen, corran la bola</i>, a homophobic, transphobic, racist, clasist song sung by the Nueva Chicago hooligans.
