He isn't an actual character but a vehicle to blindly promise inclusivity from a dev team who doesn't even know the f------ difference between Cuba and Puerto Rico because getting it right is secondary to doing it in the first place. It's performative, shallow, and 1 dimensional just like Miles Morales is in the game. Nothing about him or his story feels genuine.
