AlbanyOR December 30, 2021 I used what was on hand, boneless, skinless chicken breasts, and checked the temperature frequently to avoid drying them out. It was a hit with my husband and son but I expected a crisper crust. There's a reason the recipe calls for on the bone skin on. If you use a boneless chicken breast it will cook literally in 20 minutes Helpful (9) Report
