This is even worse in PR because his head and entire upper body are quite bulky, while in the original Sentai, he's more skinny. 

(Yes, that snout should not fucking fit in that helmet, but still, it's a bit better there.)

I remember thinking this exact thing when I watched this show as a 10 year old. At least the sexy cat scientist lady's suit makes sense.
