4e giving Healer/Striker/Controller/Tank Roles to each Class 3.5e DM who says the party needs at least 1 Healer, 1 Magic User, 1 Fighter-like, and 1 Rogue-like to be a well rounded party. * Note: true story, 3.5e DM hated 4e class roles but said I had to be a wizard in 3.5e because the party already had a rogue, paladin, and cleric.
