I won't argue against your point, for that's a battle I know I'll lose. The thing is, looking back at all the other generations of MLP, or hell even today's Strawberry Shortcake and other shows aimed at REALLY little girls, this is very mature for its audience. THAT'S why people get so hyped up about it.
