Chronic Depression sucks and yep the brain juices being wack is the reason headaches exist.
The Cheetos for breakfast (it's 3pm) is classic cluster headache signs for me, odd cravings at weird times of day. That's the worst type of headache I get other than the maybe once a year migraine.
Dehydration, yeah it'll cause headaches. Plus that and the meds will cause problems on the other end. STAY HYDRATED AND TAKE FIBER! The 2nd brain will thank you. Plus there are a lot of new studies researching the gut-brain connection and headaches.
Ibuprofen is weak sauce. "BC Powder Arthritis" (1gram of aspirin) + Dr Pepper is what I take.
