Frankly the fact that they instinctively think "Minorities!" upon seeing any sort of "monstrous/savage" group says more about them than it does the people they're criticising. Especially when they're the only ones making that connection. Like legitimately: When was the last time you saw "Orcs are like Black People!" from actual racists?

It is baffling that this discourse exists when even Himmel comes to the realization that demons are irredeemable monsters.

Did FMA:B ever get into weird discourse? Is this just a result of anime becoming mainstream?
