Add cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Mix cabbage, chives, vinegar, salt, and cay- enne; let stand about 1/2 hour. Place 1 tablespoon Jell-O in each in- dividual mold or pour 1/4 cup into large mold. Add egg slices; chill until firm. Fold cabbage mixture and radishes into remaining Jell-O. Turn onto firm Jell-O. Mmmm! 1 package Strawberry Jell-O 1 cup hot water 1 cup minus 2 tablespoons pineapple syrup and water 2 tablespoons lemon juice 3/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries 3/4 cup drained canned cut pineapple Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Add pine- apple syrup and water and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in fruit. Turn into 1-quart ring mold. Chill until firm. Unmold. Makes a delicious light lunch for 6-with no cooking!* *For large molds, double all ingredients in these recipes.
