The Object Show Community (OSC) is a fandom inspired by Battle for Dream Island [1] and centered around animations in which inanimate objects compete in challenges.

Brian Hazen joined the community by launching his YouTube[2] channel, LegoBoyNJ, on February 18, 2016, where he began posting Object Terror animations, a darker, horror-themed animated show featuring anthropomorphic objects facing gory challenges.

Hazen has since unlisted his earliest videos. The earliest accessible video on his channel was posted on May 7th, 2016, gathering over 100,000 views in eight years.

Hazen changed his animation style and rebooted Object Terror around the year 2019. While these videos are unlisted as well, the change in his animation style can be seen in a December 27th, 2019, YouTube[6] upload titled "LEXMAS 3," which gathered over 74,000 likes in six years.
