If we do, I suspect it will be a manipulator. Like a political opponent to Mayor Mare who has plans to bulldoze everything and make a monoraaaaail the town urban. Then he gets run out of town by an angry mob for little provocation apart from the Main 6 shouting "HE'S EVIL" because he's taking Mayor Mare's job.
