This is a poorly made sequel to the 1981 Hungarian animated film The Little Fox, which is considered a classic in Hungarian animation. The original was also dubbed into English and was also shown on Nickelodeon in the late 80s. Then in 2008, some jackasses in the film's country of orgin thought it was a good idea to make a sequel that had modernization to it. So as you can see, Disney isn't the only animation company to botch classic animated films.
