The way I see it, Annie's goal is the opposite of Eren's. She want kill all humans. Probably thanks to her abusive father when we saw in the flashback. All humans are cruel and abusive she thinks, and they must die. And with a father like that, who refused to let you rest and train you until you collapse, who wouldn't lose their sh*t?
