So, the forced removal of the most vital and expressive part of the body is fine but the mere displaying of basic anatomy isn't? If they really want to allow decapitation videos, they should also allow nudity, but both under some kind of restriction or warning system like YouTube and KYM have. As it is now, this makes no sense whatsoever.
