Bay is only the Producer. He didnt write the script, he didnt design the Turtles, he didnt direct.

That scene is 1:1 as far as Mikey's character goes. Taking off his mask to show he's not scary, but completly forgetting the fact that he a giant Mutant turtle. That 100% Michelangelo.

3. April faints when she meets the turtles in EVERY version of TMNT. The original comic, the original cartoon, the 2003 version, the 2012 version, the original movie, and in the current IDW run. They've done their homework.
