I never understood the appeal of alcohol, and I guess the DARE program wasn't a total failure, because it got into me. That said, my stance on these sorts of things is "I'm dumb and impulsive enough when I'm sober, I don't need to be dumber and more uncontrollable on it." Also, I've never found an alcoholic drink (besides mead, that stuff is GODLY, but it's always hot around here, so never good mead-drinking weather.) that I could stomach.

God, this so much. Fuck people like this, fuck them so hard. With a red-hot firepoker if at all possible.

I have no problem with people smoking pot, I accept that it's not a dangerous drug. But Christ's sake, shut the fuck up about it. People sound like they're twelve whenever they just HAVE to mention that they were high that one time, or they are currently high, especially over the internet.

Alcohol is just annoying because people treat it like something more than it is, a fucking drink. It's why I never understand why other people make a big deal about going out and getting "drunk". You know, just sitting in some shit-hole that smells of smoke and broken dreams. Which makes it worse since most types of alcohol makes me gag just by smelling it.
