Okay, I can actually "clear" things up here. First of all, the "thing" (can't tell if it is a guy or a girl) is speaking portuguese, and it is brazilian. What is happening in the video is that he/she/it/doge is talking about Preta Gil, a brazilian singer, and saying how is she is all mighty powerfull, saying bad thing about people who shun the singer, saying that she and it will drink their blood (when she drinks that soda thing), until one point it says something that can be translated to "Let make sure you are FIRE!" and that's the point when the wild fire appears. After running away from the fire it says "Preta Gill really destroy everything in her way". The rest of video is pretty much the same thing, + it saying how she hurt itself with the broken glass.

I know, it didn't explain shit and still doesn''t make sense. But hey, at least I translated (sort of) what it said. I still don't know if it is a he,she,it or doge.

Its almost as if…the more we know about it…the less it makes sense.
