Ruined Childhood - OH GOD THE TERROR

I believe his name is the Winter Windster.

It is a boss from Wario World. I forgot his name, but he is (quit4e obviously) the boss from the ice level. The battle startes out with a close up of his face as shown here. It looks drastically different from everything else in the game, making it stand out as creepy. This guy scared the absolute shit out of me as a kid, and still sort of does.
