This would be a good time to point out that G4 Tirek's medallion is a reference to the grouch bag G1 Tirek wore around his neck to hold the Rainbow of Darkness. Perhaps it is not a coincidence that the G4 medallion was used to unleash a very different kind of rainbow, Rainbow Power.
