Palutena's stage is too big for tournament play = BANNED!
The guy on the picture is xD1x who is a well known commentator in the Smash Brothers community.

He more says it joking but he's probably not wrong about this stage being banned in tournaments. It's the largest stage by far in all the Smash Brothers games.
