Jinora is talented that's for sure, and likely can use the techniques as well as her father… Though Tenzen has more experience using it in actual fighting. So in summery her statement may be a slight exxageration… But I doubt she's just full of hot air

After seeing how good Tenzin is, I want to see Jinora in a fight.
