Oh my god – Gardevoir talking like Starfire!

Going by both imagination and the voice I recall that was used for one just saying its own name I think it could be like an elegant, sultry voice that isn't necessarily used in a seductive manner -- it just has that potential (I think of Anivia from League of Legends).

A super perky one voiced like Starfire, though…
