I want to motivate everyone to never give up. I spent a full five hours of my day grinding Ralts in Omega Ruby (yea what a life I have, right? lol) and finally stumbled on this beauty. Kids, if you come across a level 14 Shiny Ralts … make sure to use moves like Mean Look or else it'll try teleporting away (which it DID try, but failed).

Also stack up on dozens of Pokeballs, because you'll be burning through them. I caught this right after getting the first Stone Badge and coming back with repels (30 or so) and began the process. So please, don't give up and you too can get a Shiny Ralts of your own.
