Bootleg / Knock Off - DO YOU SEE A CLUE?!

You know, when people talk about Pokemon Blue I don't think they mean this.

Blue has a 'reverse' Pick Up ability.
After each fight she will take an object from your backpack.
By fighting random encounters you will find one of them with a 'blue paw' effect (Like the shiny sparkle or something).
Defeating or stealing from this pokemon will award you a better bersion of the lost object.
