As someone who's actually played that mod I can tell you people that it's just a coincidence. That board was built from scratch by the modders and isn't a hint put in by Bethesda.

it might not be a coincidence either. the idea of fallout 4 taking place in Boston has been floating around for quite a while. they probably just threw a little attention its way.
