Notes:

Apparently this was found in the coding of Mario Kart 8. It's called Emblem_Kmc.szs and is obviously Kamek's icon. It's unknown, wheather he was scrapped in development or if he will be a future DLC character (if there are more DLCs).
Keep in mind that this wouldn't be the first time that he would be scrapped during development, as he was planned for Mario Kart 64 until he was replaced by Donkey Kong in the final version of the game.
