It's been a while since I read it, but you're right. I could remember the events, but had absolutely recollection of the order they occured. It all seems to be working though (the structure at the moment); I'm not getting bored in the middle of watching it like Musume (which has no impact on me at all ;-;). I kinda lost faith in adaptations after one that I was particularly fond of suuuucked, so seeing how it just 'works'-the humor and jokes, animation that hasn't made me cringe, light-heartedness that was enjoyable in the comic, and great segues between characters from one moment to the next- makes me really darn happy. One complaint I have at the moment is that there only seems to be one 'this is sad' song; its made worse by the fact its lyricized, so it just doesn't seem sad at all after the third time you hear it.
