This is a traditional Italian way to torture your enemies into submission. After oiling a pizza twice more than usual, you put it over the head of the victim and let it drip on his head until he eventually can't take it anymore. I drew the shitposter using the Ainsley template, then added Le 100% Face by taking him from the "Hair Thief" meme from the Amerimutt entry.
