On your deviantArt you included this in your PinUp folder, as well as tagging it #PinUp (I saw it there originally, didn't expect to see you defend it as non-sexual here). You obviously knew it had sexual appeal when you posted it. Even if you didn't originally draw it to be sexual it's messed up to upload art of a minor which you consider pinup art, even if its not illegal.
