Apple's being investigated in two states for "collusion", allegedly conspiring with record labels to make their music exclusive to Apple Music in order to shut out YouTube, Spotify, and any other competitors, "free" or otherwise. Buckley explains why this is bad for consumers, competitors, and the artists themselves.
