Family Separation at the U.S.-Mexico Border

Friday the Trump administration opened its doors to reporters in El Cajon, to show a building that's part of the national discussion on immigration. It's a shelter for kids who have been separated from their families while trying to cross into the U.S. KPBS Fronteras reporter Jean Guerrero was there.
