Okay, it's not actually a movie. Here's what it is according to the original uploader of the link in the video's description (https://www.instagram.com/p/BfRvk0un4jr/).

"This was a theatrical release PSA spot that screened with previews. A portion of $ spent on lobby snacks went to the Will Rogers Foundation for charity. It was produced in HD widescreen."

That being said, I still can't believe this was an actual thing
