I knew someone who was a professor and taught Creative Writing in college. He mentioned that social media is a great modern example of creative writing. I asked him “Well, you can’t say much in 140 characters, can you?” He told me someone could indeed say a lot in only 140 characters on Twitter. I never thought of social media being a type of outlet of creative writing until he told me that.
