After a tweet was published on 1/27/26 in relates to Roblox forcing all static faces off sale and removing them from users' inventories indicating that 2D faces will be removed from the platform, this caused the community to spark anger and began to create dark memes of David Baszucki turned into a creepypasta in response to the update.
