Photoshop - Body Evolution

Hasn't this sort of thing been going on since the first king asked the first royal portrait artist to paint him with a smaller nose?

This argument has been thrown around several times since this video started making it's rounds.

There is no direct competition in music and graphics like there is in sports. Not to mention a photoshop is not a drug that could eventually kill the user, same with autotune. Granted, in sports health is not why they prohibit it, but it's a quite the difference between photoshop and autotune.
