1 Max Headroom. This was a television broadcast interruption, breaking into WGN-TV and WTTW on November 22, 1987 during a doctor Who viewing that continued for a horrifying minute and a half. The person on camera was never found. #2 UVB-76 This irritating electric noise is a Russian radio broadcast over a certain frequency, constantly, non stop, 24-7 since alteast 1982.
