Are you kidding me? You clearly don't know how much money it takes to make a film, you think that he can just throw all of his money (and he's already throwing a lot) at this film whilst caring for his wife and kid? Most independent film makers go broke and into debt.
And I don't know what makes you think he's rich, most of the game systems and that he gets pretty cheap.

They had the perfect opportunity to have the tagline be "HE’S GONNA TAKE YOU BACK TO THE PAST TO PLAY THE SHITTY GAMES THAT SUCKED ASS" and instead blew it with a corny line.

It looks surprisingly good, though. I haven’t watched his show in years, but I might get back into it just to watch the movie.
