Not sure if this is some sort of new trolling meme (like, what is air?) but this phrase has been popping up everywhere on Facebook, in many cases getting amongst the top comments.
It seems too popular to be a coincidence. My guess would be that it's from tumblr or twitter, if anywhere.

iOS 7 is Apple Computer's news Operating system for their mobile "i" devices, such as iPhone and iPod Touch. this update included a whole interface revamp, as well as some additional new features. check the apple site for more details.

Someone please lock this, it's in the wrong place for a thread like this. It's not meme research.

Usually when you post, you're supposed to read the OP. He's not asking what iOS 7 is. He's asking if people are using this phrase legitimately or just making a joke out of it.

I probably should have made the title clearer.
In any case, I can't see any spread, so I suspect that it's just a passing joke.
