Wow, two Phantom Blood page suggestions in under 48 hours? THIS MUST BE THE WORK OF AN ENEMY STAND! I think this has potential, but keep looking. If there's not enough spread, this could at least work as a bullet for the JoJo page.

Various Jojo memes have seriously taken off since the release of the new animes, same for the fandom, so I say go ahead with making some sub-entries for the memes. Some, like for example this phrase, have certainly spread outside of the Jojo fandom.
