Can anyone tell me what is this meme:

It's about two guys talking in a restaurant. They're racists and one of them is cook.

Here's an example:

First man: We should stop being racist
The cook: Yeah racism is a crime
First man: And crime is for niggers
and they're loling

Anyone know where I can find some of these?
