Well I am surprised theres not even a dead pool of this.

This cartoons been around new grounds for quite some time, and it could be a meme.

Foamy the squirrel is a series.
But I remember seeing spoof from other people inspired by the series on Newground.
There might be something to it yes.

I don't think this is a meme. There are a handful of parodies, but mostly this is a series.

Its got wide spread popularity, tons of fan art, and remakes, not to mention has been around for years.

It is a crap series by a crap animator and should not be brought up save to mock it.

Yeah with tons of popularity, remakes, and pretty much widespread, and lasted quite some time, not a meme at all.
