I've seen this floating around a couple image boards. UrbanDictionary defines it as "a common form of 'I don't give a fuck'". The images involve people holding out there hands or making a zero sign, implying zero or none. It's been steadily trending since October of 2010, but I've yet to find an origin (most likely 4chan). Thoughts/help would be much obliged.

Eh, I disagree with the notion that outstretched arms means zero or none. when you out stretch your arms, you're implying a lot or many, or even over 9000. I think Urban Dictionary got it wrong.

True, but it could be that the outstretched arms imply emptiness/nothingness, because there's nothing there. This one variation does make me question its original intent, though.

It looks like a variant of "And Not A Single Fuck Was Given That Day", the macros are similar in style.
