Bug in the comment section

Whenever the end of the body of a meme is typed in a different lay-out, like this or this the comment section takes the form of that layout. Is this a bug or is it the browser I'm on?

Example: https://knowyourmeme.com/memes/haters-gonna-hate

(look at the comment section)

This is more of an on/off bug with me. It DOES happen to me every once in a while, but not always and only on some articles. I think that it happens more with IE than with firefox, as I don't remember seeing this bug when I used firefox.

I have no problems with chrome, but the bold layout doesn't show up at all as opposed to IE (except for the subheadings).

It's actually a HTML Bug that occurs when someone forgets / fails to put the end code at the end of the sentence.

The center code seems to do the same problem too when it isn't ended.

The best way to solve it is just adding the < / b > or < / i > (no spaces)
