OPs pretty much expect praise from this topic.

To add to your comment, it's not particularly unfunny in a whole, but what makes it mundane and not worthwhile is that people tend to ruin the experience. It feels like the Shitpost General, with a little less shitpost if I'm being nice. Examples being The Goat and related, user personas or some subtle and sometimes blatant "hijack thread" thing.

The dead horse you speak of is reunited with the earth now, and we left to beat another horse. However this thread isn't heading into a wrong direction yet. Mothrus has yet to appear.
