Okay, fellow KYMers… For the past couple of days, I've been listening to classic retro cartoon themes from the 80's and 90's thanks to the addictive Cartoon Medley which was put together by the ever talented Fredrick Larsson (aka FreddeGredde) who gave us the now-taken-down due to bullshit copyright reasons, 32 Songs in 8 Minutes medley.

Now, these cartoon themes belong to such classics as Ducktales, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Inspector Gadget, Talespin, and Chip & Dale: Rescue Rangers.

When I looked up one specific 80's cartoon theme that I originally passed of was mostly famous among pre-teen to teenage girls, a highly thumbed-up comment on the theme's video claimed that it is also famous amongst 25-44 year old men who used to watch the show when they were younger. Now, that just perplexes me as this show, let alone, product can't get anymore girly than a Barbie doll.

So, here's my question, KYM: Is "My Little Pony" not as girly as we all really thought it to be?

Now that you mention it, I've seen a sudden influx of My Little Pony reaction images.

Perhaps, similar to uncool becoming the new cool, pink and sparkly is now the new manly.
