What's with this user? He thinks that he knows everything about what a meme is and will make sure to comment on almost every entry. If he thinks he knows what a meme is, why doesn't he make an entry himself.

Adam, we're not going to have a thread dedicated to bashing or complaining about another user. If you think a user behavior is inappropriate for the site, report it to a moderator. As a user, Mocksheeps has the right to comment on entries, as long as they're appropriate and he's not spamming anything, even if they're not constructive or helpful, and kind of annoying. I'm gonna have this thread locked.
