In the image gallery we have a situation.

You see right now we have 3 cover images, NSFW, Spoiler, and Spoiler/NSFW. While this is fine for most, there is a need for maybe a few more, specifically for epilepsy/mild gore/something else I'm not thinking of. The reason we need it is without the cover images, people that are expecting some hawt furru porno, get bright flashing lights, or mild gore, which is annoying, or even dangerous if they're epileptic.

What's everyone else's thoughts? Also, if we were to use more cover images what would we use as the image?

We've talked about this before and we agreed that a tag for images that might cause seizures is needed.

I don't think we need a gore tag since gore is not allowed in the site. We have entries that have gorish material, of course, in those cases the entry will be labeled as NSFW and there will be a warning at the top of the entry explaining that the gallery will have NSFW material. The images uploaded in said gallery will have a NSFW tag, if it's need.

Otherwise, any kind of gore material will be deleted. So I don't see a gore tag really necessary.

If you guys want I can go ahead and photoshop the NSFW KYM-Tan icon to have dizzy eyes if that speeds up the process of getting a feature like that implemented.

I personally think all 3 don't belong on the site. We've discussed the problem of porn in other threads, gore is deleted as stated by Loli, and flashy images can be harmful to users. I like Nat's idea, and people can always use the NSFW tag when commenting images.

Aren't it supposed to be a different color? Like purple or something?

This is important to avoid confusion with the NSFW tag.

As for color suggestions, keep it neutral colors, so it's easy to read for people who could be colorblind as well (that's a thing, i know) such as White on Black or something

If this was implemented, wouldn't we also need Epilepsy/NSFW, Epilepsy/Spoiler, and Epilepsy/NSFW/Spoiler combo cover images as well? I can't imagine that they'd be used too much, but is possible that they may be needed sometime of another, and if they aren't there it may cause issues.
